As a female navigating mid-life, I am also passionate about educating women in the importance of exercising through perimenopause and menopause. I am able to recognise first hand how this life stage can cause changes in both body composition and self-esteem, which can be detrimental to future health and wellbeing.
With qualifications in mental health disorders and training females I hope to continue to share my expertise through educating clients to train safely and effectively at the life stage they are in.

By providing personalised training sessions and placing emphasis on correct technique, I ensure that each client can workout confidently and safely on their own. My ultimate goal is to empower my clients with knowledge, tips and tricks that they can use to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle beyond the training sessions. I am an experienced runner and triathlete who has completed every run distance from 5km to 100km non-stop as well as long distance cycling events and an Ironman triathlon. With over nine years of industry experience and credentials in group exercise, personal training, and recreational run coaching, I am eager to assist you on your fitness journey, regardless of your age or life stage. I am especially enthusiastic about supporting women who seek to leverage exercise as a powerful tool for enhancing both mental and physical well-being, ultimately contributing to a longer and healthier life. As a 49 year old myself, I understand the importance of safe practice, warming up and stretching, and ensure that all my classes and PT sessions incorporate these features.
